To make sure your stay is enjoyable, be sure to pack accordingly!

  • We do not provide linens, make sure you bring your own bedding, pillows, towels, and washcloths.

If you are staying in a camper cabin, the mattresses are twins. So either a twin bed set or a sleeping bag will suffice. Some of the worker cabins have full-sized mattresses along with the twins, but since you may not know if you’re the lucky one who gets the bigger bed, there will be full sheets available if they are not brought along.

  • Since you will be outside a lot, be sure to bring sunscreen, after-sun gel/lotion, bug spray, and a refillable water bottle.

  • Along with the clothing you’ll need for every day (include clothes you aren’t worried about getting dirty), be sure to pack a swimsuit, hat, pool/bathhouse shoes, and closed-toed shoes

  • Toiletries and Medicine

  • Cash for the Canteen (if available at your camp/retreat) and pop machines. Pop machines don’t accept bills over $1. The Canteen food menu and prices for this year can be seen here (subject to change to account for availability and cost fluctuation). The Canteen non-food menu is not yet available to be seen but includes basic toiletries for things that are forgotten, along with T-shirts and Scripture bracelets.

  • Snacks/food for those with food allergies/intolerances. Gluten-free options are available in the dining hall if we are informed before the camper’s camp week and will only be made for the number of gluten-free campers we have registered. No nuts are used in the dining hall. The canteen has a list of what is safe for gluten, nut, soy, egg, and dairy-free campers to purchase. For those with food allergies/intolerances, let your camp director know, and we’ll attempt to accommodate or make sure the camper is informed of what they should not consume. If needed, campers with allergies are allowed to put cold snacks/food in the kitchen fridge for consumption at meal times.
